曾丹,女,1982年生于湖南。现任威廉williamhill体育教授,通信工程系主任,国家级青年人才。 所属一级学科为信息与通信工程、电子科学与技术。1999-2008年就读于中国科学技术大学,分别于2003年和2008年获硕士和博士学位。2015—2016年,获得国家留学基金委资助,在美国德州大学圣安东尼奥分校从事研究工作。2021年入选教育部长江学者青年学者项目。2013年被评为威廉williamhill体育优秀青年教师、2013年被评为威廉williamhill体育三八红旗手等。 兼任《IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON MULTIMEDIA》编委、《IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS FOR VIDEO TECHNOLOGY》编委、IEEE第24届国际多媒体信号处理研讨会程序委员会主席、IEEE多媒体系统及应用技术委员会委员、IEEE多媒体信号处理专业委员会委员、IEEE高级会员、中国通信学会青工委委员、中国图像图形学学会青工委委员等;曾任中国计算机学会CTO CLUB(上海)副主席、IEEE第23届国际多媒体信号处理研讨会程序委员会主席等。获 2 次上海市记 功(2021 年、2022 年)、中国图象图形学学会科技进步一等奖(2022 年,序 2)、上海市 教育系统巾帼建功标兵(2023 年)、中国产学研创新成果一等奖(2023 年,序 1)和中国人 工智能学会教学成果激励计划一等奖(2023 年,序 1)。 研究领域为计算机视觉、多媒体内容分析和模式识别,重点从探索目标感知中的探测、检测、识别与定位的新方法及新方案出发,解决复杂场景下低质量目标实时智能感知及应用中的关键技术难题。研究的复杂环境下目标增强、目标修复、目标被动关联定位技术,解决了非合作小目标的检测与识别问题;研制的高精度目标定位系统,解决了空间站机械臂手眼相机标定与小目标高精度实时定位问题,可辅助完成精细维修任务;面向国家电力及航空航天等领域重大需求,研究了时空频三域联合增强技术,提升微弱信号的检测、定位与识别性能并应用。 1. 教育经历: l

Dan Zeng
received her Ph.D. degree in circuits and systems, and her B.S. degree in
electronic science and technology, both from University of Science and
Technology of China, Hefei. She is a full professor and the Dean of the
Department of Communication Engineering and the Computer Vision and Pattern
Recognition Lab at Shanghai University. Her main research interests include
computer vision, multimedia analysis, and machine learning. She is serving as
the Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Multimedia, the Associate
Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology,
the TC Member of IEEE MSA and TC member of IEEE MMSP. She has published over 70 papers in top
journals (e.g., TPAMI, TIP, TGRS, TMM, TCSVT, and TNNLS) and prestigious
conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, IJCAI, AAAI, and ACM MM). She received
several awards, including MMTC Best Journal Paper Award 2023, S&T Progress Award of
the China Society of Image and Graphics 2022, China
Industry-University-Research Collaboration Innovation Award 2023, and
outstanding service award for IEEE ICME 2019. 1.
