Biography: Shi Zhi-dong
received B.S. degree from Peking University in 1984, M.E. degree from
Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 1994, and Ph. D.
degree from University of Science and Technology of China in 1997. He is
currently a professor with School of Communication and Information
Engineering in Shanghai University since 1997. His Major research interests
are Optical Fiber Sensors, Optical Communications and Optoelectronics
Devices. More than 80 technical research papers have been published in
journals and conferences. Research Directions: Specialty Fiber Optics, Optical Fiber Sensors, Applied Optoelectronics, Ultrasonic Testing. Courses: Fundamental Electric and Electronic Circuits, Signal and System, Applied Optoelectronics. Funding/Projects: ◎ Research on
