简介:

沈礼权,研究员,2009年获得上海市优秀博士学位论文后在相继获得上海市青年启明星计划和浦江计划等人才项目,并于2014年获得国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金,曾在2015年获得教育部自然科学二等奖(排名第1),2012年获得上海市科技进步二等奖(排名第5)。在主持上述人才项目和3项国家自然科学基金项目及主2项国家自然科学基金重点项目和2项科技部支撑项目的研究中发表了受国际和国内著名学者关注的学术论文90余篇,其中以第一作者发表论文38篇(包括SCI检索论文27篇,T-CSVTT-IPT-MMIEEE Trans. 二区论文12, 入选ESI高被引论文2篇),累计SCI引用570次(他引480次),SCOPUS引用850次,Google Scholar引用1530次,H-index 20,单篇最高引用超过160余次(截止20164月);在引用的专家中包括30余位IEEE Fellow在内的著名学者。此外,编著二本,《二维和三维视频处理及立体显示技术》(2010年,科学出版社)和《深度增强的3D视频处理技术》(2015年,人民邮电出版社)。申请发明专利12项,其中已授权的发明专利4项。提交国际、国内标准化提案10余项。

Brief introduction

Liquan Shen received the M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in communication and information systems from Shanghai University, Shanghai, China, in 2005 and 2008, respectively. Since 2008, he has been with the faculty of the School of Communication and Information Engineering, Shanghai University, where he is currently a Professor. He is with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Florida at Gainesville as a visiting Professor from November 2013 to November 2014. His major research interests include High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC), perceptual coding, video codec optimization, 3DTV and video quality assessment. He has authored or co-authored more than 80 refereed technical papers in international journals and conferences in the field of video coding and image processing. He holds ten patents in the areas of image/video coding and communications.
